If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy you must not access or use the Services or submit information to us through or in connection with the Services.
The Services are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

To communicate and manage our relationship with you, including to notify you about changes to our terms or this Privacy Policy. We will use Resend for transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations). We will use Manychat and Customer IO for this. We use your Identity Data, Contact Data, Financial Data, Profile Data and Marketing Data for this purpose. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in keeping our records updated, running our business and managing our relationship with you.
To provide you with customer service and support and respond to marketing material requests. We will use Customer IO for this. We use your Identity Data, Contact Data, Profile Data, Marketing Data and Usage Data for this purpose. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interests in keeping our records updated, running our business, managing our relationship with you, and studying how customers use our products and services to develop them, grow our business and inform our marketing strategy.
To administer marketing campaigns, automated emails, track leads, and manage customer relationships. We will use ActiveCampaign, Instagram and Facebook for this. We use your Identity Data, Contact Data, Profile Data, Marketing Data, Technical Data and Usage Data for this purpose. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interests in keeping our records updated, running our business and managing our relationship with you.
To operate and protect our Website and App (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting data). We will use Usermaven for web analytics. We use your Identity Data, Contact Data, Profile Data, Marketing Data, Technical Data and Usage Data for this purpose. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interests in keeping our records updated, running our business and managing our relationship with you.
To provide AI-driven features and customer support automation. We use your Identity Data, Contact Data, Profile Data, Marketing Data, Technical Data and Usage Data for this purpose. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in studying how customers use our products and services to develop them, grow our business, inform our marketing strategy, define types of customers for our products and services, and keep our Website updated and relevant.
Aggregated and anonymised data
We may aggregate, de-identify or otherwise anonymise personal data we collect so that it no longer identifies or can be linked to any individual. We may use, share, license or sell such aggregated or anonymised data for any lawful business purpose, including market research, analytics, trend reporting and commercial insights. 8. International Transfers
