Are you an estate agency?
No. We’re a property scouting service. Every home we send you is for sale through a local agency - we find it, you contact them directly. We are not affiliated with and do not take a commission on any sale.
I don’t know which country I want yet. Is that a problem?
It’s the most common situation among our members. Pick as many of the five countries as you like and compare real homes side by side each week. You can narrow it down whenever you’re ready.
What exactly arrives every Saturday?
A selection of hand-picked homes that match your countries and budget, and a few just outside it for inspiration, with a short note on each: why we picked it, the honest trade-off, and what it really costs once taxes and fees are added.
Is the selection personalised?
Every week we pick around 50 homes across all five countries. You receive the ones that fit your countries and budget, plus a few slightly beyond your brief so you see options you might not have considered. It's not a bespoke search. It’s the best of the market with the noise removed.
How is this different from a property portal?
Portals show you everything. We show you the few homes worth your time, chosen by a person, with context a portal can’t give you.
How exactly do you filter?
Five criteria: Charm and character, turnkey or light cosmetic work, a great location within an hour of an airport or main train line, dual-use potential, and a source agency with a track record with foreign buyers. If a home doesn't meet at least 4 of them, it doesn't make our list.
What if I’m not ready to buy yet?
A lot of our members aren’t, and have found it particularly helpful. Joining early gives you a real sense of what’s out there, what good value looks like, and how the market moves, without you needing to spend hours researching. By the time you’re ready, you’ll know exactly what you want.
The properties seem too good to be true. What’s the catch?
One fundamental thing about these markets is that they work on micro-location logic. People look in the three most famous places and think “everything’s so expensive”. But step slightly outside those most-Googled towns and you find homes with the same charm, views and lifestyle, at a fraction of the price. Most people miss those; our job is to surface them and present them properly, in their full potential.
