What happens after I checkout?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your login details and a link to download our app. All newsletters - past and future - are available in the app and also sent directly to your email. A new edition is sent out every Saturday. For any help, we are available at hello@europeanlistings.com (we respond within 24-48 hours max.)
How can I get in touch with the agents?
Click on the property image in the newsletter to be redirected to the original listing. There, you will find more detailed descriptions, locations, pictures, and contact details. Contact the agent from there to start the buying process.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime and your subscription will expire at the end of your current period. To cancel, simply log into your account at members.europeanlistings.com/login.
The properties seem too good to be true, what's the catch?
Many buyers miss opportunities simply due to a lack of market insights. For example, in prime locations like Lake Como, stepping just outside the most well-known spots can reveal homes that are less expensive but still offer exceptional value. Our goal is not just to show listings - it's to uncover the full potential of these properties and present them in a way that highlights their unique qualities, something traditional ads often fail to do. This is what makes our approach different.
What if I'm not ready to buy?
You can always wait until you’re ready - we’re not going anywhere. That said, many of our members have actually found it particularly helpful to join before they were fully ready. Here’s why: It gave them a clearer sense of what’s out there and let them tip a toe into the market without spending hours researching (since they conveniently get weekly property lists sent to their inbox). We’re continuously adding resources to help you understand the buying process and get closer to being ready. It’s only a small monthly fee - a worthwhile way to explore the idea of buying more seriously.
Can I buy as a non-European citizen?
There's no law prohibiting non-Europeans from buying real estate, and the largest countries - France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK, - allow them to purchase with the same rights as local citizens. Some states like Greece and Denmark do impose certain restrictions. However, these conditions can change and it is best to stay up to date through official websites.
